Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Illinois
I am only 16 and I was wondering is I can accuse my grandfather for child abuse.

Absolutely. If you or someone else is being abused by your grandfather, you should call the police or speak with a cousnelor at your school, if there is no other adult you feel you can go to.
