Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Illinois
I was convicted of a federal drug crime 10 years ago...served my time &completed supervision 5 years ago...no trouble since...how can i get my federal conviction exponged and my civil rights restored??

Unfortunately, your conviction is likely ineligible to be expunged. Your best bet is to petition have these records sealed, which means that employers and members of the public cannot see them. Whether you qualify for sealing depends on the classification of the drug crime.
