Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Illinois
My cousin was stop by a police officer asked for driver licenses and insurance did not have niether of documents, his car was search by police officer and found a illegal social security card under his name he is illegal in this coutry. we are now waiting for his court date what would happen to him will he get deported?

It is very important for your cousin to get an attorney. Depending upon the specific facts of the search, the search may be invalid and unlawful under the Fourth Amendment rendering the discovery of the illegal social security card inadmissable (fruit of the poisonous tree).
