forming a civil rights association
small group of illinois homeschoolers wish to form their own parents association. how to do and where to find information, please?

Re: forming a civil rights association
Any group of people may form a voluntary association for any legal purpose. It does not have to have a formal basis. If one is required, a not-for-profit corporation might work the best. A voluntary association may have dues, by-laws, rules of order, etc., for orderly operation.
