Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Illinois
This is kinda complicated but Can i still get married if I'm a ward of the office of the cook county public guardian in Chicago Illinois...the reason why i want to get married is they totally took over my independence and financial life and i see no other way out...can they stop me from getting married in any way...I'm 90 years old...Thank you, Sincerely, Ruth P.

First of all, who is "they"?
Second, I don't think that getting married will enable you to become independent. You will just become dependent upom someone else.
Third, you seem "with it" enough to use a compujter, get on the internet, and write a cohesive email.
