Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Illinois

My mother went to court last friday and obtained a No Contact Stalking Order. She was told that she would have to come back on oct.1 for a hearing to see if there is grounds to have the order perminite. Tonight she was served an order to apper at the stalkers attorney's office for a deposition on tues. The order also says that she would have to give them her"police reports, notes, property surveys, property deed paperwork, pictures, videos, and all other reports. Can they do this? Why would they need a deposition on a no contact stalking order is that legal and why would they need info on her property? I also thought police reports were public information. Is any of this legal and what can she do?

She can hire an attorney if she wants to have appropriate protection. Some of it sounds fine, some of it sounds overbroad.
