who can i sue for me being incarserated for 6 months then being found not guilty for the crime I was accused of.

It sounds like the state could not prove its case beyond a reasonable doubt against you. This is different than being found not guilty. Nobody is ever found not guilty.

Unless you can provde deliberate police misconduct and/or malicious prosecution, I don't see how you would have any recourse.
