Can i sue a company for being overqualified?

I sent this email to a company, I would like to know why wasn't I given a chance to interview for the Administrative Assistant position at your store. I have more than enough skills along with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration/Management. Is it because of my racial background or is

it because I have furthered my education and that is against your company policy, or do not speak enough Spanish? You all seem to hire half-educated high schoolers who can barely do basic math. I don't get it, but it looks like you all missed out on a hardworking employee!!!! Have a great day.

The responder said she would send my complaint to the appropriate party and go from there, and she apologized to me three times. In the mean time what else can I do? All I want is a job, I'm not overqualified to do anything, I just need some income!

You cannot sue for being over qualified. However, you can sue if the decision to NOT hire you was because of a discriminatory reason. You made your point to the company and I hope you didn;t burn any bridges by what you wrote.
