Legal Question in Consumer Law in Illinois
I have a Americash loan I got in August I made my bi-weekly payments until November 2009. Then I was told by a consolidation comapny they could help me consolidat the loans. But now after 4 months I been told the Americash will not cooperate. The consolidation loan is still making payments but the loan is increasing can I get some help in this matter please?

Either try to do a modification to reinstate loan and cut off consolidation, or give me a call and we can discuss bankruptcy options.
