Legal Question in Consumer Law in Illinois
Collecting what I am owed
I am a former Avon rep. I returned products to the company under their Guarantee that customers had returned to me. These products were paid for by me and the customers. I have proof of return and that they received them. Avon has not sent me the money they owe me.I have been after them for a year now. They keep giving me the run around.I have tried using the BBB but that didn't help. What else can I do to collect? They owe me quite a lot.

The written agreements between you and Avon may determine what your legal rights are. Please consider contacting my office (312-357-1431) with information about these documents, if you are interested in pursuing this.
