Legal Question in Consumer Law in Illinois

Doctor_Account

I am a 28yr old male that is paying child support through IDPA. I am required to pay 20% of my salary and insurance. The mother is now giving out my information to doctors offices and either the doctors office or she is opening accounts in my name without my approval or knowlege. I am recieving bills in the mail and have called the office to try and get this resolved. What are my options to have this resolved? What area of law does this fall into?

AN ACCOUNT CANNOT BE OPENED IN YOUR NAME WITHOUT PERMISSION. YOU HAVE SEVERAL OPTIONS AGAINST THE WOMAN AND/OR THE PLACES WHERE THE ACCOUNTS HAVE BEEN OPENED, DEPENDING ON ADDITIONAL FACTS.
