Legal Question in Consumer Law in Illinois

Honda CRV Problems

My husband bought me a 2002 Honday CRV last August, 2002. We have now taken the CRV in a fourth time for emission problems. The first time this occurred was back in September 2002 and after that initial time an additional two more times for the same emission problem. Now it is back at the dealer again for the same problem. Does this fall under the Illinois Lemon Law? I am not happy about this as it puts me without a car and Brad Barker did get us a rental car. We have always bought Honda products and never had any problems with any of the Accords we bought until now when we bought the CRV.
