Legal Question in Consumer Law in Illinois
Staple in my salad.
I ordered a salad from a fast food restaurant. About 1/3 through the salad I bit into a staple. I was not hurt or injured. Can I sue them?

Of course but whether an attorney would take it on contingency is another story if damages are hard to prove.
