Unsolicited phone calls
I get phone calls from a major corporation at odd hours, sometimes in the afternoon and sometimes early in the morning. Basically they try to send a fax and all I hear when I pick up is the fax tone. I called them twice and complained and each time they said they will rectify the error but have not done so uptil now. This is causing mental stress and sleep deprivation to my family, I would like to know if I can sue this company for harassment.

A suit for nuisance would probably better fit the events you have described.
