Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Illinois

I am being taken to court again by a collection agency.....they are already garnishing my wages but they are claiming i have paid nothing ...i have pay subs to show the garnish which i did last time in court.....can i ask the court to award me anything this time....how many times do i have to prove that they are garnishing my wage...i am in Illinois
