Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Illinois

I have a judgement against a company, they refuse to pay. What form do I need to file in small claims court , wage deduction or non wage deduction. This judgement was from a small claims court case in Kane County Illinois. I need to refile to get the man to pay.

Companies do not get wages. If oyu have a judgment against a company you have to collect against the assets of that company. Does it have a bank account? Serve the company with a Citation to Discover Assets
