Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Illinois

I have been part of a vacation scam. I fell for the Bahama's cruise / Florida vacation. I was told at anytime if I changed my mind I could get a refund. I decided I did't want to take the trip because it was obviously not legit and when I called for my refund they told me it was too late. I have not even picked a set date to take the trip so no reservations have even been made. Any advice on what I should do.
