Repossesion

Can a car dealer repo my car when I am buying it through a bank? No one else's name is on the loan agreement.

Perhaps, yes. It depends if the people from the dealer are agents of the lender. This would be the case with bigger dealers such as, for instance, ford. I would be interested in hearing more. Feel free to email me: [email protected]
