Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
When I was 13 I was charged with aggravated sexual assualt. I did not have to register as a sex offender nor did I ever go to jail. I was given Court supervision probation for 2 years and counseling. I am in school now to be a police officer and I do not want this hurting my chances. Can this be expunged? I live in Illinois.
