Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
hi, i have 2 drug felony convictions. one a class 3. the other a class 4. it has been over 7 years and i have been in no trouble ever again. do i still have to disclose this on my job applications? thanks for your time.

It depends on the job application. Some employers only want the last 5 years of history whereas others want everything from your adult life. Depending on the field of application, this is legal.

If the applictaion asks whether you have ever been convicted, then the truthful answer will be "Yes."
