Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois

My 17 yr. old son took the Metra train to go skateboarding downtown Chicago. When getting off the train at the LaSalle Street station, him and his friends were told to get off their skateboards by a Metra police officer, which they proceeded to do. One of his friends further behind did not hear the Metra officer and was physically tackled which caused his skateboard to go flying. When my son and his friend asked the Metra officer why he did that, as their friend did not hear, the Metra officer took all of them to an inner Metra station office. My son was grabbed by his neck and physically thrown into an inner room, almost knocking over a desk. They were yelled at by this officer and their phones were thrown onto a table. They were bullied for over a few hours, before we received a phone call. When the officer called us he lied and said the boys pushed him and were cursing at him, which the boys said was not true. We were very upset over this type of treatment for skateboarding. When I filed a complaint with the Metra Police and requested videotape from the station, they said that it did not capture the incident. WHAT A SURPRISE! Is there anything else that I can do to pursue this Or is there not anything that can be done about this abuse?
