Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
I had an accident in my truck and it was totaled. I bought it back from the insurance company put it in a body shop. While it was there my (stereo, alarm, 2 DVD players, and screens) electronics came up missing. The owner said he did not know what happened and that there was no security where he had my truck. How do I get my money for my things back?
