Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois

I am currently attending college in Chicago and live in a university dormitory. Last night while I was asleep a clearly intoxicated student whom I had never met before barged into my room and started urinating on my bed. My room is a door down from the bathroom which explains his choice of rooms but I was obviously still extremely offended and I want to press charges/pursue legal action against this person. What can I do to insure that he will be prosecuted to the maximum? I would assume breaking and entering as well as public indecency laws apply here but I am not sure.

First, speak with the authorities at your school. Then, if you choose to do so, speak with the local law enforcement authorities.

This is primarily a school issue. If there was no intent from the student, then he may not have broken any laws. You write that he was clearly intoxicated and imply that he mistook your room for the bathroom due to the intoxication. Correct? Your best course of action is to contact your school administrator as they will most likely have a code of conduct that students must follow. Regardless of his "intent" he has likely run afoul of the your school's code.
