Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
My bf was sentence to 60 years in jail and about 4 years into his sentence. His lawyer was caught driving drunk , having cocaine street value $1900. Will he have a good chance on appeal on that along?

If your BF thinks he received Ineffective Assistance of Counsel he should file the appropriate documents.
