Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
Brother's 18-year-old step son took ATM card out of his mom's purse and withdrew money from my brother and his wife's joint checking account without my brother's approval. Can my brother prosecute him? When asked if he took the money, he denied it, but the bank checked their security cameras and they have him each time making the withdraws.
