Hello. If you are indicted, the Court

will probably set a bond and then

you could be subject to a jail stay,

until you can post the bond. On the

other hand, if your case is a misdemeanor, chances are good that you will be able to remain on house

arrest. You need a lawyer. This is a very serious matter and after you plead not guilty, an attorney who

represents you should file a motion to quash your arrest and a motion to

suppress evidence and eventually have a hearing on these motions. I will be happy to discuss this with you further and in more detail.
