Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois

I have a conviction from 2003, Unlawful Possession Of Cannabis 10-30 withing 1,000 feet of school grounds, with intent to distribute. IL720-550/52c Class 3 felony. I have no priors nor have I been in any trouble or convictions since. State police comes back with Manufacturing and Delivery on the State police background check, this differs from the conviction and court paper from Morgan County, Jacksonville IL. Is there anything I can do to Expunge, seal, or reduce this charge or even appeal? The sentence was Time Served 45days, a fine, and 2 yrs supervised probation. Everything was completed on time. I was represented by a Public Defender and was not offered first time offender probation. This was a trial before the judge and not of my peers.
