Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
convictions
I would like to know if it's possible to have a prior conviction erased from my background.

Re: convictions
Depends. Not if you were sentenced to state prison; not if it was for domestic violence and some other specified charges. Many felonies and most misdemeanors can be expunged. Feel free to contact me if serious about getting it done.
Re: convictions
It depends on the conviction. Consult with an attorney on this, because there are a lot of facts needed to determine what needs to be done, and whether it can be done at all.
Re: convictions
May be possible based on type of crime and type of conviction.
