Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois

Court Supervision

Once I have successfully completed court supervision, I know that is considered a non-conviction. with this said if I were to fill out an application and it asks to report all convictions would I have to report cases where I have successfully completed court supervision? For example if I were filling out law enforcement application.

Re: Court Supervision

Good question. The answer is that you HAVE NOT been convicted of a crime if you have received court supervision. As such, you can properly answer "No".
