how long does the state of Wisconsin have to pick up an offender housed in an Illinois city jail?

the imprisoned person's rights will be protected. As a courtesy, based upon your posting, the county jail is holding this individual. If he/she remains in jail in Illinois for over 60 days, without being picked up by

Wisconsin authorities, I suggests that his family retain an attorney to get the imprisoned freed by filing a Petition For Habeas Corpus in Federal Court. I will be happy to discuss this with you further and in more detail.
