forgery

this was my first and only offense. i got it waivered but how do i get it expunged from my record. this happened in 1993

I answered this on a previous question. I forgot to mention that you may be able to have this sealed, not expunged. That way, only law enforcement has access to your record. No one else. Please call to discuss this further.
