Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
what does judgement without conviction mean... i did probation and tried to get a job and they said it is still on record so i thought that meant i wasnt convicted so the charge shouldnt be there. and now i dont know what to do

the record to which you refer is your arrest record which exists regardless of what occurs in court. the arrest record has to be expunged or seal. call me at 312-372-5600 if you need further assistence.
