Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
about a month ago, I was working at a papermill in Alabama when I ran into my old boss. He has already tried to sue me for non-disclosure but lost. He threatened me and poked me in the chest saying that he was coming after me with both barrels. Where do I file a complaint. Can I do it where I reside in Illinois

If a crime happened in Alabama, you need to file a complaint with the police department for which ever city the alleged offense happened.
