Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
If a paster owns a church in IL can they hire and or give permission for persons or persons to bring a gun church? Also can they hire a person as armed security at there church who does not have a police back ground ?

A pastor does not own a church. The church can hire anyone they want to for security as long as the guard complies with IL law.
