Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
purchase and posession of alcohol
Hi,
At a bar for mom's day at u of i,
cop sees me hold a drink, i drop it, tells me if i lie
and say its something else, I'm screwed anyway.
I'm not even drunk. Gives me a ticket. Has description wrong on the ordinance statement, is it
worth fighting it? I'm 19 years old.
