Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
i was recently arrested for a domestic agains my wife, i didnt hit her she was trying to get me in trouble because I had cheated. Now that we have resolve our relationship problems she told the judge the statement she had given was false, and the case was dismissed. now the state attorney is prosecuting whats the best way of getting this resolve.

You will need to hire an attorney.
This may even have to go to trial. The State prosecuted regardless if the victim/witness is cooperating. The theory is that a crime against one of Illinois citizens is a crime against all.
