Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
I was recently issued a citation for possession/consumption of cannabis. I was parked and the officer did not find any evidence as there was none in the car. He did not search the car and made me follow his car to the police station where he wrote my ticket. Do i have any grounds to fight this?
