Signature falcification
Today I found out, that a mortgage company falcified my signature in order to get loan to one of my workers. I would like to go after him, any advise?

Yes, you can probably bring an action against both the mortgage company and the person involved (provided they were aware that this was happening). Is it that they used you as a signor on a loan to which you had no knowledge? If that is the case, this is clearly a fraud. Please let me know if you have any further questions - [email protected]
