Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
Sold al
I worked as an asst. manager at a gas station, I sold alcohol beverage to an undercover police and did not ask for ID. I received a citation to go to court. It is my first time. What are the consecuences I'm facing? I there any ways to keep it off my record. I have nothing on my record and never had. Thank you for all the guidance you can give me.

You are facing some serious potential consequences if you plead guilty or take a conviction. You should hire an attorney to represent you and that attorney may be able to negotiate a plea bargain undeer which you can avoid the conviction. The money you spend on the attorney will be very much worth it in the long run. Please consult with an attorney.
