Legal Question in Criminal Law in Illinois
My son was beaten by a group of 7 others while the cab driver egged it on and then said lets go. They proceeded to drive away while my son lay injured on the ground. Do we have any recourse against the cab driver?

I would definitely file criminal charges.
you may also have a claim against the cab company for your sons injuries.
