Time calculation?

How much time will I do if i accept 3 years on aggervated battery on a peace officer. Do I need to hire a lawyer.

You should defiantly hire or at least talk to some lawyers. A few months ago, I represented a young man charged with hitting a police officer with his car. The case went to jury trial and he was found not guilty.

We can't answer that without seeing the complaint, but in general we think it would be insane to accept a plea deal without a lawyer. A good criminal defense attorney will fight the charges and see if there is any way around them. Perhaps you can get off with a lesser offense. If you would like a referral let us know.
