illinois state has petion to revoke my dui court supervision for being behind on payments for 3 months and i missed court, turned myself in that night. talk to the state there offered me two more years of court super. with drug tests or covict me on the dui, i offered to pay off my fine in full but they didn't want it. i've been on court super. for a year with no drug test and want to finish it out that way, can a lawyer help with this

You live in a "smaller" jurisdiction so it is best to hire an attorney that appears regularly in the court room that you are in.
