Legal Question in DUI Law in Illinois

i messed up

im 17 and the other night me and some friends were driving around and drinking. we got pulled over and taken to the county courthouse, where i blew a .017 BAC. i am charged with illegal transportation and illegal consumption. i was not driving the car, i was in back. my rights were not read to me, the cop who took us to the courthouse didnt make us wear seatbelts, and he was speeding. what should i do?
