Legal Question in DUI Law in Illinois

I have a restricted drivers license from a DUI in Illinois. How do I go about getting my full license reinstated. It has been a year and I am due to apply for my full license, just unsure what to do next.

If your license was suspended and not revoked then at the termination of your summary suspension, you should be able to pay a reinstatement fee to the secretary of state to get your license reinstated. If there are any additional problems you may require a hearing before an officer of the secretary of state.

feel free to contact me if you'd like to discuss your matter further,

good luck
