Court supervision is not considered a conviction. It is essentially "good behavior" so that as long as you do not pick up any further criminal cases and abide by the terms of your supervision, your supervision will be terminated satisfactorily.

Supervision will appear on your background but will not register as a conviction and you do not have to answer "Yes" when you are asked if you have ever been convicted of a crime.

feel free to contact me if you'd like to discuss your matter in greater detail,

good luck
