I am unemployed, I live with my father. I was driving his truck from Missouri to Illinois when I was stopped by the Illinois State Police and recieved another dui. My licence was under suspencion at the time. The state police seized the truck. My father, although gave me permission to drive his truck, he had no idea I was driving while suspended. The question is how can my father regain possession of the truck.
We are waiting on a court date pretaining to the matter.

Your father should immediately contact the office of the Illinois State Police to get information on the proceedings necessary for the return of the truck.
