Can fight person with Poa for her bad behavior
1 Answer from Attorneys
That is possible, but the behavior must be substantially and demonstrably bad. For example, a Court would be far more concerned about the suspicious disappearance of $20,000 than it would about the suspicious disappearance of $200. Another example, the Court would be far more concerned about complete denials of visitation than it would about limitations on visitation that still allow visits to occur. I recommend that you consult with a knowledgeable attorney or to your local Adult Protective Service agency about this. Many such lawyers provide free consultations.
