Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

im 18 years old... i lived with my Grandma ( gaurdian) she has dimensia.. the people who live with her, kicked me out and said she aggreed. but when i went to get my stuff she ran to me and cried in my arms telling me she didnt want this, that she never agreed and she told me i was able to come back when ever i want to see her..The next day, police came to where im staying now and said im not allowed to go back there, because of the people who live with her said...Its my cousins.. They are using her, for her money and home. Is there anything i can do..
