after 32 years of marriage my husband left me in june, i am wondering what i am entitled to he has a 401k, he said he gave me the car which he will pay off but am i entitled to anything else from him

You may well be entitled to many things, including maintenance, formerly known as alimony, as well as a portion of his 401k. Do not believe what he may be telling you without first discussing what your rights are with an attorney.
