cashing in a stock bonus plan / divorce

i am planning on cashing in a stock bonus plan worth 200k...wondering how to invest that money...IRA?...take out in cash and take the hit on taxes....with the possibility of divorce on the horizen i have a farm business maybe 50k assets and own home and farm buildings given to ME in a will .....any suggestions
